Patch 4 - Graphic Bug. Since Patch 4 the game Graphic dont work anymore. Looks like most of the assets dont load including transparency settings of some assets like fog or similar. I play BG3 on PC and my GPU is a Radeon RX 5700 XT. Before the patch, the game worked without graphic errors. My graphics driver is up to date.However, for example, the rocks and shrubs may have loaded and are moving but the terrain has not. Then things load very slowly but it eventually gets there. Unfortunately removing mods did not solve the problem. Completely reinstalled the game, now version v.4.1.1.1.3696083. Also on reddit found advice on cleaning the folder LevelCache - it slightly improved the situation with the speed of loading objects and sliding while moving characters, but the textures are still loaded long.

The load times are as you describe, for me. When I play it locally from my laptop, it loads a LOT faster, so presumably the (shared) storage at the datacenter assigned to my sub tier is the issue. There are factors that could affect loading times, not just your SSD. I traced the path there and found my save, tucked away and sitting pretty, but it still refuses to show up in game. Some motherboards have a built-in video port as well. Its a common mistake to make. But back on subject I have a GTX 1060 card and my models are slow to load at time as well. I feel like the EA game is bloated (file size wise) and it could cause slow down at times, but that just my opinion.
