Faint line on frer.

I had a faint line on an easy@home yesterday and did one again today with fmu. Same again, so dipped an frer in the same pot and I’m pretty sure it’s negative. I was really surprised as fully expected it to be positive. Has anyone had a positive on these before an frer or can I assume because it’s not showing on the better test that it ...Always gave the earliest bfp and were snow white if a bfn so no squinting needed! Indent line or faint positive? Still early, maybe 8-9 days after ovulation period in 5 days( although it's been wacky since getting off birth control).
