The current controller implementation on mobile is imo pretty garbage, with missing binding options for a bunch of controls like manual lock-on. Here are the steps that I do to fix temporarily fix the problem. Start the PGR from the launcher. You should encounter the infinite black screen problem right now so you should open your task manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc). You should find Punishing: Gray Raven in the Apps.
