Still can't figure out what causes it, or how to avoid it unfortunately. I think that if you switch from a horse/saddle that has 7 outfits stored on it to one that can only carry 5 it deletes them. Pretty sure that’s how it works because after I did that, only those outfits that were on the horse got deleted.
